Duration: 2 Days of Insightful Discussions and Collaborative Planning
Project No: 2022-1-TR01-KA220-HED-000089373
Dear SaveLife Partners and Enthusiasts,

We're thrilled to bring you the highlights from our recent Two-Day Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) activity, where the collaborative spirit and dedication of all partners shone brightly!

Day 1: Collaborative Planning and Content Design

Day 1 of TPM 3 was a productive and focused session, where all partners engaged in comprehensive discussions about the project’s content design and development. The partners reviewed and crosschecked the evaluations for the training modules, with a firm deadline set for 10th May (MU-Sofia & BSMU). The goal is to have the modules revised by 31st May to ensure they meet the project standards. Partners also focused on video production, where storyboards are to be finalized by 31st May (YTU), and video graphics will be completed by 28th June (UKIM). A new WhatsApp group was created to enhance collaboration for graphic design and video production, ensuring seamless communication. The day concluded with a productive session on LMS integration and upcoming deadlines, all designed to keep the project on track for its goals.

Day 2: LMS Development, LTT Planning, and Future Goals

On Day 2, the focus shifted towards the development of the Learning Management System (LMS), a critical component of the project. Partners outlined clear timelines, with the UI design scheduled for completion by 10th May (UKIM) and LMS development to be finished by 24th May (SUT). The partners also discussed logistics for the upcoming LTT (Learning, Teaching, and Training) event in Istanbul in October, where each partner will send 4 participants and 1-2 team members. Accommodation and venue details for the event were finalized, ensuring smooth operations. The partners also worked on the preparation for the Multiplier Events (MEs) to be held in November in each partner country, ensuring that surveys and promotional materials are ready in advance. Finally, progress was made on the project’s first publication, with expert evaluations due by 17th May, and plans were set for future conference presentations, including the ERC Congress and EUSEM 2024.

In Conclusion: A United Front for SaveLife

Our two-day TPM activity was not just a meeting, but a dynamic convergence of ideas, collaboration, and dedication to the mission of Project SaveLife. This gathering provided us with an invaluable opportunity to assess our progress, align our strategies, and create a detailed roadmap for the next phase of our project. By working together seamlessly, we are laying the foundation for innovative educational resources that will help save lives and improve first aid awareness across borders. With our combined efforts, we are more united than ever and ready to tackle the challenges ahead, particularly in reducing fatalities from road accidents. Every step forward is a testament to the strength of our partnership and our shared vision for a safer future.
