Project No: 2022-1-TR01-KA220-HED-000089373
Dear SaveLife Partners and Enthusiasts,

We're thrilled to bring you the highlights from our recent Two-Day Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) activity, where the collaborative spirit and dedication of all partners shone brightly!

Day 1: Collaboration in Action

Day 1 of the TPM was a dynamic and fruitful day, brimming with discussions and decisions. Our day commenced with Opening Remarks, an introduction that effectively set the stage for the substantial discussions ahead. Following this, we delved into a systematic and comprehensive examination of the SWOT analysis derived from our survey results, illuminating the pivotal areas in life support training that demand immediate attention. We proceeded with discussion on Course Plan and Content Development for both Basic and Advanced Life Support Levels, where innovative ideas converged with harmonious collaboration. Templates for e-Books, scenarios, and storyboards were also explored, promising to streamline our educational resources. Our day ended with an informal dinner, fostering relationships beyond the meeting room and reenergizing us for the road ahead.

Day 2: Shaping the Future

The second day commenced with a thorough exploration of the integration of course plans into the SaveLife Learning Management System (LMS). The design session, led by Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, promised a user-friendly and efficient learning environment, while the development session, spearheaded by the Silesian University of Technology, further solidified the seamless integration of our course plans. We then addressed the updated project timetable and future work distribution, setting our sights on the next TPM in Poland. Updates on risk management, financial and administrative matters, and a dedicated Q&A session ensured our project's sound governance and alignment. Day 2 was a symphony of ideas, strategies, and collaboration.

In Conclusion: A United Front for SaveLife

As we wrap up the second TPM, we stand united, stronger than ever. Our discussions were not just about courses, modules, and reports, but about building a united front for the project SaveLife. We've laid the groundwork for impactful educational resources, a well-structured timetable, and robust governance. With a shared vision and unwavering dedication, we are poised to save lives through knowledge and awareness, making the world a better place.
