SaveLife Project Update: A Glimpse into Our Recent TPM Activity

Duration: 2 Days of Insightful Discussions and Collaborative Planning
Project No: 2022-1-TR01-KA220-HED-000089373
Dear SaveLife Partners and Enthusiasts,

We're thrilled to bring you the highlights from our recent Two-Day Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) activity, where the collaborative spirit and dedication of all partners shone brightly!

Day 1: Final Project Review and Multiplier Events Analysis

The final TPM for SaveLife Project kicked off in Thessaloniki with an in-depth review of the project's progress. The partners revisited the implementation of the Multiplier Events (MEs) and shared valuable feedback on their execution. The general consensus was that the project deliverables, especially the online BLS and ALS modules, were highly appreciated by the participants. While the content was recognized as modern and thorough, a concern was raised regarding the various protocols used throughout the project. To address this, the partners agreed to clarify and highlight which protocols were referenced at each point in the modules. The day continued with a final revision of the LMS content, with all partners contributing to fine-tuning the material and ensuring it met high standards.

Day 2: Future Collaborations, Publication Plans, and Financial Reports

On the second day of the TPM, the partners focused on future collaborations and dissemination plans. The meeting included a session on possible project proposals for 2025, where ideas were exchanged for new initiatives, with partners expressing strong interest in continuing their collaboration under new project themes. The day also included important discussions about the Final Report and the Financial Report, where deadlines and document preparation were outlined clearly. The partners worked together to ensure that all final documents, including activity reports, attendance lists, certificates, and financial records, were accounted for and ready for submission. Discussions also centered around the dissemination activities, where strategies for maximizing both social media and academic impact were refined.

In Conclusion: Reflecting on a Successful Journey and Future Paths

As the SaveLife project draws to a close, the final TPM provided an excellent opportunity for all partners to reflect on the project’s journey. It allowed for the celebration of the significant progress made in implementing life-saving educational content and for addressing any last-minute improvements, especially for the online modules and LMS. The partners emphasized the positive spirit of collaboration that defined the project, with a strong sense of teamwork and mutual support evident throughout its duration. As the project enters its final phase, the consortium is already looking ahead to potential new initiatives and ways to continue working together in the future. The discussions during this TPM reaffirmed that the collaboration within the SaveLife consortium has been invaluable, and the partners are eager to explore future opportunities to work together on impactful projects. With all tasks on track, the team is committed to completing the final steps of the project in a timely and thorough manner, ensuring that SaveLife leaves a lasting legacy in the realm of first aid education.

Stay Tuned: We are grateful for the continuous support and involvement of all partners. As we approach the final stages, stay tuned for more updates and, together, let’s continue to create life-saving opportunities across borders!
